Our school

Welcome to the heart of the Loire Valley to follow an exciting programme with French teenagers in a beautiful outdoor environment. Known as the Garden of France and the Cradle of the French language, the Loire Valley is also noteworthy for its outstanding cultural landscape with historic towns and villages as well as for its world-famous castles, such as Amboise, Chenonceau and Chambord. St Cyran campus is located 250km south from Paris, in the heart of the Loire Valley. Our centre is a private agricultural school specialised in horses with its own stable of 180 horses and ponies. Set on its own lands this campus enjoys a very safe location, entirely surrounded by woods with its own authentic castle !

Accomodation

Accommodation in residence : Shared rooms (4-6 beds, individual storage drawers with lockers) Shared bathroom with individual showers Full board (self service at the campus cafeteria ; food is varied and cooked on the premises, it is carefully selected to suit the needs and tastes of teenagers)

Courses:

You can choose not to take lessons or to combine French tuition with a wide range of fun sports and an exciting programme of excursions.

General French : 15 lessons of 55 minutes per week given by a qualified native French teacher. Lessons focus on communication and improving French skills in a fun way, interacting with international students. Maximum 15 students per class (average of 13)

Club 4 : 15 lessons of 55 minutes per week, given by a qualified native French teacher. Students follow intensive French tuition in exclusive small groups of 4 in the morning, and continue with an interactive practice of the language with the afternoon activities under the guidance of their same French teacher.

Adventure camp : without classes, immersion with other French campers.

Levels : beginner to advanced
